You can use this programme to cook meat gently over a long period of time.

1) Place the pre-seared meat in the inner bowl
2) Insert the inner bowl
3) Close the appliance lid
4) Press the menu button
5) If you want to change the preset cooking time of 6 hours, press the min/- button

When the programme finishes, the appliance switches to the keep-warm mode
