Loading PRLs into the Phone

Using the "Preferred Roaming List" dialog box, click the Load PRL From File button and
choose the desired file from the list that displays in the left side of the dialog box. (When
you choose your desired file, note that the text color changes to blue.) Click the Write
PRL To Phone button. At the bottom of the dialog box, a status message will indicate if
the file was loaded correctly.

Changing Between Local Mode and Normal Mode

To make a call, the phone should be in normal mode. When in normal mode, the phone
software is running, and the phone will search for a pilot.
To troubleshoot so that you can manually control the phone (not in a call), the phone
