    It is also possible to equip the loader with a separate Avant Rear brush A37035. The adjustable following brush at the back of the loader is used to level the infill and finish the surface. The attachment is very useful when used together with the Avant Artificial turf maintenance brush.

    7 (22) 3. Safety instructions for using the attachment Please bear in mind that safety is the result of several factors. The loader-attachment combination is highly powerful and improper or careless use or maintenance may cause serious personal injury or property damage.

    WARNING Never move or lift an attachment that has not been locked. 5.1.1 Installing the front brush Avant quick coupling system: Step 1:  Lift the quick attach plate locking pins up and turn them backwards into the slot so that they are locked in the upper position.

    14 (22) 5.1.2 Installing the rear brush The loader can be equipped with a rear brush. With the rear brush the surface is sweeped once again in order to avoid leaving any tyre marks when leveling the infill and finishing the surface. Installing the rear brush Attaching the attachment on the rear of the loader is quick and easy, but it must be done carefully.
  • Page 15 15 (22) 5.1.2.1 Adjustments The bristles of the Rear brush can be locked to one of the five possible options on both sides. When brushing near the walls, the narrow adjustment is usually handy. Because the Rear brush can be set in several different widths, the correct setting position depends on the purpose of use.

    16 (22) 6. Operating the attachment Check the attachment and the operating environment once more before starting to work, and that all obstacles have been removed from the operating area. Quick inspection of the equipment and the operating area before use are parts of ensuring safety and the best performance of the equipment.

    17 (22) 6.3 Use Setting the storage supports Turn the storage supports (1) to their upper position and set the attachment to working position. Adjusting the attachment to correct working position The Artificial turf maintenance brush works in the most efficient way, when the quick coupling bracket is set to slightly forward tilted position, as shown in the adjacent figure.

    18 (22) Transporting the attachment through narrow areas The adjacent figure shows the tilting of the Artificial turf maintenance brush with the tilt adapter attachment. The tilt adapter is very useful in situations, where the attachment needs to be transported through narrow spaces. Make sure that the visibility from the driver's seat is not restricted too much when the attachment is in this position.

    19 (22) 7. Maintenance and Service The attachment has been designed to be as maintenance free as possible. Continuous maintenance includes regular cleaning and lubrication, and monitoring the condition of the attachment. Because of the crushing hazard caused by lowering machine parts, all maintenance work must be done when moving parts have been lowered down completely and the attachment is lowered flat against the ground.

    20 (22) 8. Warranty terms Avant Tecno Oy grants a warranty of one year (12 months) from the date of purchase for the attachment it manufactures. The warranty covers repair costs as follows:  Work costs are covered, if the repair is not performed at the factory.
