c) Use the 4 and 6 keys to position at the category where your note is saved.
d) Use the 2 and 8 keys to select note level.
e) Use the 4 and 6 keys to position at the audio note you wish to move.
f) Press the Go-to-Page key three times.
g) Press the Pound key to confirm the move.
h) Use the 2 and 8 keys to select category level.
i) Use the 4 and 6 keys to position at the destination category.
j) Press the Pound key to confirm the destination category location.
k) To cancel an operation in progress, press the * key.
The audio note file is removed from the original category and placed at the
end of the destination category. All audio note files following it in the original
category are decremented by one.

6.6. Delete an Audio Note

To delete an audio note, do the following:
a) Use the Bookshelf key, Key 1, to select Internal Note Book or Card Note
Book.
b) Use the 2 and 8 keys to select category level.
c) Use the 4 and 6 keys to position at the category where your note is saved.
d) Use the 2 and 8 keys to select note level.
e) Use the 4 and 6 keys to position at the audio note you wish to delete.
f) Alternately, use the Go-to-Page key to position directly at your audio note.
g) Press Go-to-Page twice to remove the note.
h) Press the pound key to confirm the deletion.
i) Press any other key to cancel the deletion.
All remaining audio note files in the folder following the deleted note are
renamed by decrementing their file number.

6.7. Rename a Category

To rename a category, do the following:
a) Use the Bookshelf key, Key 1, to select Internal Note Book or Card Note
Book.
b) Use the 2 and 8 keys to select category level.
c) Use the 4 and 6 keys to position at the category to be renamed.
d) Press the Go-to-Page key three times to rename the category.
e) Press the Record button and say the new category name.
f) Press the Play or Pound key to end the recording and save your new
category name.
g) To cancel an operation in progress, press the * Key.
The new name replaces the current category name.
