Four legs are
safer than two.
Vibrations in a washing machine contribute to wear and
reduce the life span. We have made our machines extra
sturdy by building on four powerful spring legs rather than
two shock-absorber legs. Particularly nice if you live in a
wooden house or apartment building, where vibrating
washing machines can be a real disturbance. We also build
our machines on a galvanised steel base rather than a plastic
base, just like a professional washer. Needless to say, this
also increases the life span. As far as we know this is
unique to ASKO.
Quattro™ is ASKO's own extremely durable standing construction.
The outer drum rests on four supporting spring legs fi rmly attached
to a steel bottom plate. The entire construction stands inside the
outer metal casing, so the vibrations stay inside the machine. Even
spinning at 2000 rpm can be done virtually free of vibrations.
