5.1 Complete overview

1 Control panel
2 Upper gasket + 9 lower gasket
3 Sealing profile: which presses the bag against the sealing bar
4 Locking hook
5 Safety switch: With open lid the heating element will not work.
6 Cover release button
7 Air intake connected with the vacuum chamber and pump. Do not cover this air intake
during vacuuming and sealing of a bag. For connection of vacuum hose for vacuuming
of canisters

8 Vacuum chamber
10 Sealing bar and teflon tape: Contains a heating wire covered with Teflon which allows
the bag to seal but not to stick to the sealing bar.
Warning
The sealing bar gets very hot. Please observe the following safety notice in order
not to burn yourself or others.
► To avoid getting burned, never touch the sealing bar directly after sealing process.
