• The Auto Cook procedure is designed according to the
temperature of food at 20-25 °C. If the food is at different
temperatures, the cooking effect will be different. Please
adjust it according to the actual situation.
• When cooking potatoes, etc., it is recommended to cover
the food with a layer of wrap to prevent evaporation of
water during cooking.
• The shape, weight and temperature of the food will affect
the cooking result. If in doubt, cook it manually.

Steps
1 Power on
2 Press the "Auto Cooking" button to select
the automatic menu A.6
3 Turn the "Time/Weight" knob to set the
food weight to 0.4
4 Press the "Instant/Start" button to start
cooking (the display will show the remain-
ing cooking time)
5 Start cooking by pressing the Instant/
Start button
