ATTENTION:
This AC power adapter cannot be used as an AC adapter for
types of camcorder that perform recharging with the battery
attached to the camcorder unit, therefore the DC OUT terminal
on the AC power adapter is not used.
If your camcorder does not support charging while the battery
is attached to the camcorder, and you are already using the
AA-V15U or AA-V16U, you can connect a DC cord to this AC
power adapter's DC OUT terminal and use it as an AC
adapter.
For more details, please refer to your camcorder's instruction
manual.

Attach the battery pack by lining up the marks on the
battery pack and charger, and then sliding the battery
pack in the direction of the arrows until it locks. The CHG.
lamp begins blinking to indicate charging has started.

When the CHG. lamp stops blinking but stays lit,
charging is finished.

Slide the battery in the opposite direction of the arrow
and lift off. Remember to unplug the power cord from the
AC outlet.
NOTE:
Perform charging where the temperature is between 10°C
(50°F) and 35°C (95°F). 20°C (68°F) to 25°C (77°F) is the
ideal temperature range for charging. If the environment is too
cold, charging may be incomplete.
