Change the both channels of FETs at the output stage.
If one or both parts in the following combination is broken, the
service kit should be ordered.

Notes on Chip Component Replacement
• Never reuse a disconnected chip component.
• Notice that the minus side of a tantalum capacitor may be dam-
aged by heat.
