Remove the sensor board and cable

Make sure the following FRUs (CRUs) have been removed.
"Remove the lower case" on page 30
"Remove the upper case assembly" on page 47
"Remove the stripe cover" on page 49
"Remove the LCD panel" on page 50
Step 1. Disconnect the sensor board cable from the LCD panel.
