Description of Function Codes
(P9-06), the output current declines during acceleration of the AC drive; the output current declines
if the AC drive runs at constant speed; the falling speed declines during deceleration of the AC
drive. The running frequency returns to normal until the output current is less than the overcurrent
stall protective current (P9-06).
Overcurrent stall protective current: is used to decide when to perform current protection for
overcurrent stall. The AC drive performs overcurrent stall protective current if the figure exceeds
the parameter. The figure is the percentage to the rated current of the relative motor.
Overcurrent stall gain: is used to adjust the overcurrent suppression capacity of the AC drive.
The larger the value is, the greater the overcurrent suppression capacity will be. In the prerequisite
of no overcurrent occurrence, set P9-05 to a small value.
For small-inertia load, the value should be small. Otherwise, the system dynamic response will
be slow. For large-inertia load, the value should be large. Otherwise, the suppression result will be
poor and overcurrent fault may occur. For ultra-small-inertia occasions, the overcurrent stall gain
should be set to 20. If the overcurrent stall gain is set to 0, the overcurrent stall function is disabled.
