12)Apply ATF to the sealing washer, and set it in the
valve body at right angles. Be careful not to set it at
an inclined angle, which can lead to the collapsed
sealing washer.
13)Apply ATF to a new D-ring and a new O-ring, and
install them on the manual valve.
14)Tighten the manual valve to the specified torque, and
set the internal circlip in the groove in the valve body
securely.
TORQUE: 1.7 Nom (0.17 kgfom, 1.2 Ibfoft)
15)Apply ATF to new O-ring, and install it on the 2-way
16) Install the 2-way valve to the valve body and tighten
valve.
the 2-way valve to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 7 Nom (0.7 kgfom, 5.1 Ibfoft)
