You may be trying to play a file
that is not supported. Refer to
"Multimedia playback" on
page 81 for more information.
Tap Start > Settings > System tab
> System Information to check the
OS version and other hardware
and software information.
Perform a clean boot. Refer to
"Clean boot" on page 90 for
more information.
Perform a reset. Refer to "Soft
reset" on page 89 for more infor-
mation.
The battery power may be
depleted. Recharge the device.
Refer to "Charge the battery" on
page 17 for more information.
Check power saving options. Tap
Start > Settings > System tab >
Power to configure power saving
options.
