To Suppress the Unevenness and Jitteriness on Images,
White Voids in the Lines on Background and Around Text
 Explanation
When an attempt is made to print evenly colored low/middle density images, unevenness density or
jitteriness sometimes becomes visible. In such a case, these phenomena can be reduced by changing
the halftone roughness.
Besides the above, white voids may occur on the boundary when the color of the background and text on
it is the same type or there are thin lines with the same color type on evenness data. In such a case,
these phenomena can be reduced by changing the halftone level.
 Procedures
(1) Perform halftone adjustment by using 08-7310, 7314, 8110-8112.
For details of the adjustment procedure, refer to "3.1.11 Halftone Adjustment (when changing all
print jobs)".
 Caution after the adjustment
Nothing in particular.
