Sample Recondition Battery procedure dialog box
No - Clicking this will close the reminder dialog box. The
Recondition Battery reminder dialog box will appear after another
50 charge cycles.
Remind Me Later - Clicking this will set the Recondition Battery
reminder dialog box to reappear after 10 charge cycles
Do not remind me anymore in the future - If this is checked, the
Recondition Battery dialog box will not appear again.
If you have selected Yes to recondition the battery, follow the
on-screen procedure which is detailed below:
1 Shut down the notebook, then press the power button to
turn on the notebook.
2 Once the Toshiba logo screen appears, press the F2 key to
enter the BIOS setup screen.
3 Unplug the AC adaptor from the notebook and let the
computer run until the battery is completely drained. This
can take up to approximately 2 hours.
Once the battery is completely drained, the notebook will
automatically turn off.
4 With the machine still turned off, insert the AC adaptor
and allow the battery to charge completely.
