General

used batteries according to the
instructions.
The batteries in the machine and the remote control are
Li-ion type. The battery capacity and operating time will
be reduced in extremely cold conditions. No changes may
be made to the batteries
The batteries should be charged in an ambient
temperature between 0°C and 40°C.
Use only original batteries for this product. Contact your
dealer for more information.
An exhausted battery must not be disposed of as
household garbage! Leave it at your nearest service
agent or collection point.

Battery in machine

The machine battery should only be used for remote
control of the machine between the mode of transport and
the work area.
Grinding can not be performed while under battery
operation, the machine must be connected to a power
source in order to carry out grinding.
Operating time on one charge during continual motion is
approximately 1 hour. The operating time is affected by
ambient temperature and how often the wheel motors are
used.
Charge the battery.
Before using the machine for the first time you need to
charge the battery.
3-phase
The battery is charged all the time the machine is
connected to a 3-phase outlet and while in operation.
Charging time for a battery that is completely discharged
is approximately 3-4 hours. Charging is indicated on the
machine with a flashing POWER lamp, which goes out
when charging is complete.
1-phase
Charging via separate 1-phase connection. Use the
accompanying cable. Charging time for a battery that is
completely discharged is approximately 3-4 hours.

Battery in remote control

Operating time approximately 8-10 hours for one charge.
The operating time is also affected by how often the
display has been active.
Insert / remove battery
Charge the battery.
Before using the remote control for the first time the
battery has to be charged.
To charge with the battery charger
Charging time for a flat battery is approx. 2-3 hours. The
diode is orange when charging starts and becomes green
when the battery is fully charged. When the battery is fully
charged the charger supplies the battery with
maintenance current until the battery is removed from the
charger.
Keep the battery charger dry and protected against
temperature fluctuations.
To charge with the CAN cable
The charging efficiency with the CAN cable is less than
with the battery charger and it therefore takes a bit longer
to charge the battery. The remote control works as normal
during charging, however.
Insert / remove the battery.
