11.1 METHOD OF LIFTING
When lifting the unit use accessories such as eyebolts, shackles, snap hooks,
harnesses, ropes, hooks, etc. that are fully certified and of sufficient capacity in relation to the
load to be lifted.
The weight of the unit to be handled is specified in the relative sales catalogue.
When lifting gear units the slinging chain legs must be hooked to the four specific
lifting eyes.
The threads at the shaft ends must not be used to attach the eyebolts for lifting purposes.
Miscellaneous accessories (e.g. connecting flanges, ...) and/or motors coupled to the
