Sealing shutter mechanism of the opticalCON avoids contamination of the ferrule locked inside. Dust-proof design reduces maintenance intervals to a minimum; if nevertheless necessary, follow the maintenance procedure below to avoid damages on ferrules due to improper cleaning.
