Starting SetupTool

Start SetupTool.
The [Connect] in the [Home] tab is displayed immediately after starting SetupTool. When SetupTool recognizes a code reader,
"Name," "Address," "Firmware Version," and "Status" of the code reader are displayed under the "Network" section and the
information can be checked.

If the code reader icon is not displayed, check the cable connection status of the code reader.
The code reader may not be recognized in a personal computer which is doing or was doing tethering. In this case, the
personal computer must be restarted.
When the code reader is recognized, the compatibility of IP addresses between the code reader and the connected personal
computer can be checked in "Status."
<When the status is "Misconfigured">
This indicates the IP address of the code reader and the personal computer are not matched. Either one of the addresses
needs to be changed.
<When the status is "Discovered">
This indicates the IP addresses are matched. A connection can be made by selecting the code reader icon and click the
[Connect] button on the lower right of the screen.
