Decommissioning

6.1

Temporary shutdown

In the event of lengthy periods of non-use:
Disconnect KTS 530 / 540 / 570 (KTS 5 Series) from
the mains.
6.2

Change of location

If the KTS 530 / 540 / 570 (KTS 5 Series) is passed on,
all the documentation included in the scope of delivery
must be handed over together with the unit.
The KTS 530 / 540 / 570 (KTS 5 Series) is only ever
to be transported in the original or equivalent pack-
aging.
Unplug the electrical connection.
Heed the notes on initial commissioning.

Disposal and scrapping

KTS 530 / 540 / 570 (KTS 5 Series), accessories and
packaging should be sorted for environmental-friendly
recycling.
Do not dispose KTS 530 / 540 / 570 (KTS 5 Series)
into household waste.
Only for EC countries:
The KTS 530 / 540 / 570 (KTS 5 Series) is
subject to the European directive 2012/19/
EC (WEEE).
Dispose of used electrical and electronic
