Machine installation
Personnel having suitable experience, knowledge and skills must carry out
the intervention.
Make sure to fulfil the required requirements in order to work under safe con-
ditions.

and health hazards.
– The figure shows the points of intervention and the description shows the proce-
dures to be adopted.

1. Position the machine in its cho-
sen setting.
Important
The operation is to be carried
out using a forklift truck of ade-
quate capacity, with the forks
inserted in the intended points.
Transfer shall be carried out
ONLY on flat areas without any
depression and/or unevenness.

2. Remove the lifting device.
3. Unpack each package in the
most appropriate manner and
ensure the integrity of the con-
tained components.
4. Remove fastening elements
used to package the machine.
DO NOT remove support A and brackets B since they are necessary for the
subsequent phases.
5. Insert fork-lift equipment C in the designated points (lower part of platform ).
6. Lift the machine high enough to allow the pallet to slide out.
7. Position the machine on the floor, in the area designed for battery charge.
8. Remove the lifting device.
9. Install the warning light D and fix it with the screws.

10. Loosen screws E on both sides.
11. Loosen the screws F on both sides.
12. Remove fastening brackets B.
