Setting procedure
To use the logging read function, both the logging read function and the interrupt setting must be set.
1.
Set "Condition target setting" to "Logging read".

Set "Conversion enable/disable setting" to "Conversion enable".

Set "Logging enable/disable setting" to "Enable".

Set the target data to be logged in "Logging data setting".
5.
Set the cycle to store the logging data to "Logging cycle setting value".
6.
Set "Logging loading enable/disable setting" to "Enable".
7.
Set the number of logging points that generate a read interrupt in "Logging read points setting value".
Setting example
When an interrupt program, which is executed when the data of CH1 Logging read points monitor value is logged, is assigned
to the interrupt pointer I50 for the thermocouple input module
