CH1 Logging read points setting value
An interrupt is generated to the CPU module each time the number of data logging reaches a predetermined number of
points.

■Setting range
The possible range is from 1 to 1000.
Setting a value out of the range causes a logging read points setting value range error (error code: 1D9H). Logging cannot
be performed.
■Enabling the setting
Turn on and off 'Operating condition setting request' (Y9) to enable the setting.
■Default value
The default value is 100 for all the channels.
CH1 Scaling enable/disable setting
Set whether to enable or disable the scaling.
