Select the desired programme using the programme
selector button G. The corresponding programme
number e is shown on the display A. The pro-
gramme times b depend on the selected pro-
gramme combinations (see section "Programme
sequence").
Programme 1: Regular
For baking white and mixed breads that are mainly
made from wheat or rye flour. The bread has a
compact consistency.
Programme 2: French
For baking light breads made from well-ground
flour. As a rule, the bread is light and has a crispy
crust.
Programme 3: Whole-wheat
For baking breads with stronger flours, e.g. whole-
meal wheat flour and rye flour. The bread will be
more compact and heavy.
Programme 4: Sweet
For baking sweet breads with ingredients such as
fruit juices, coconut flakes, raisins, chocolate or ad-
ditional sugar. Thanks to an extended rising phase,
the bread is lighter and airier.
Programme 5: Low carb
For baking breads with reduced carbohydrates.
Programme 6: Gluten-free
For baking breads using gluten-free flours and
baking mixtures. They take longer to absorb liquids
and have different rising properties.
Programme 7: Express
The times for kneading, rising and baking are
greatly reduced. Use only recipes that do not
require strong flours or other heavy ingredients for
this programme. Note that the bread may be less
airy and not quite as tasty with this programme.
Programme 8: Cake
For baking cakes with baking mixes or according
to your own recipes.
