7. TROUBLE SHOOTING
Problems
Device doesn't start.
Grinding tools do not
move although the
engine is running
Engine is slower and
stops and overload LED is
flashing
Grinding disc does rotate
smoothly,abnormal
noises can be heard
Probable causes
The battery is less power
The charger is broken
On/off switch may be defective.
Engine faulty
Grinding disc nut is loose
Workpiece, remaining workpieces or
remaining grinding tools block drive
Device is overloaded
Grinding disc nut is loose
Grinding disc is defective
Corrective action
Check the battery and
charge it
Repair by customer care
Tighten grinder dies nut
Remove blockages
Restart the device
Tighten grinding disc nut
Change grinding disc
