■Current status
Check if the FG cables of the control equipment (such as a PLC) and the power equipment (such as a servo amplifier) are
connected as shown in "a" of the following figure.

■Measure when a single ground cable is led
Perform independent grounding at two places as shown in Figure A.
The independent grounding reduces the influence of noise.
When independent grounding is unavailable, perform shared grounding as shown in Figure B.
