Coffee and Espresso

Your fully automated machine could
not be easier tooperate, both for mak-
ing coffee and taking care of it.
The exquisit, individualtaste is attrib-
uted to the
• pre-brewing system: before the actual
brewing process starts, the ground cof-
fee is moistened to make the most of
the whole flavour,
• the individually adjustable amount of
water per cup, from short espresso to
"long" coffee with crema,
• the individually adjustable coffee tem-
perature, with which the coffee is
brewed,
• the choice between a normal or strong
cup of coffee,
• the adjustable grind level depending
on the roast of the beans,
• and last but not least the guaranteed
crema, that frothy head that makes
espresso coffee so incomparable for
connoisseurs.
By the way: The time that the water is
in contact with the ground coffee is
much shorter for espresso coffee than
for normal filter coffee. This releases
less bitterness from the ground coffee,
which makes the espresso more agree-
able!
