All the oven functions are controlled by an electronic
programmer.
You can select any combination of cooking function,
cooking temperature and automatic timing.
In the event of a power failure, all the settings
i
(time of day, program setting or program in
operation), will be cancelled. When the power
is restored, the numbers on the display will
flash, and the clock/timer has to be reset.
How to set the Time of Day
The oven has a 24 hour clock.
When the oven is first connected to the electrical
supply, the display will automatically show 12:00.
To set the correct time of day:
1) press the "Cook Time" and the "Stop Time"
buttons at the same time,
2) release the buttons
3) within 3 seconds, press either the "Decrease"
or "Increase" large push buttons until the time
of day is displayed. If no button is pressed
within 3 seconds, the clock will automatically
revert back to 12:00
NOTE: In the event of a power failure, the clock will
revert to 12:00 and will require resetting.
