Lubricants and Grease
We recommend using Super Lube
aerosol with PTFE as a lubricant as well
as Super Lube grease with PTFE when
performing the weekly cleaning and
lubrication of your IC2 & IC3 Indoor
Cycle.
We recommend using WD-40 to
lubricate the felt brake pad and to
clean the flywheel.
