Cable

Removal

1. Park and prepare machine for service. See "Prepare
Equipment for Service" on page 1-13.

2. Remove fasteners (1).

3. Remove knob (2).
4. Remove fasteners (3) and throttle lever assembly
(4).

5. Remove fastener (5) and throttle cable (6).
6. Inspect throttle cable. Repair or replace as
necessary.

Installation

Installation is done in reverse order of removal.
• Adjust throttle cable. See "Check and Adjust Throttle
Cable" on page 4-4.

Remove and Install Choke Cable
