When music types have been registered for the discs, it is
possible to enjoy playback of discs of the selected music

type. Random playback for a selected music type also is
possible.
Preparation

Playing the music type file

Activate the music type mode.

Select the music type.

Start playback.

÷ Load discs into the carousel.
÷ Register music type files.
÷ Check that the unit is in the normal play
TRACK mode.
÷ Set the CD player to stop mode.
1 Press the M ODE key.

2 Select "M USIC TYPE".

3 Set the input.

÷ When the M ODE key is pressed during M USIC TYPE mode, the M USIC
TYPE mode is cancelled.
Each press sw itches the modes as follow s:
1 M USIC TYPE
2 TITLE INPUT
3 ALL DATA READ
4 ALL INFORM ATION

÷ Press repeatedly until the desired music type is displayed.
When " Rock M usic" is selected

÷ Playback is performed in increasing order of the disc numbers they
w ere registered for the respective music type. Skipping to the next disc
is done w hen the ¢ key is pressed.
÷ Each time the CHECK key is pressed, the registered disc numbers are
displayed in increasing order of the disc numbers.
÷ When the REPEAT key is pressed, playback of the music type file w ill
be repeated.
For random playback
Press the RANDOM key.
÷ Select " RANDOM OFF " to quit random playback.
To quit M USIC TYPE mode
Press the M ODE key.
