You can only use one function at a time when you make selections in the Tone & Talk app.

Troubleshooting

Problem
The power does not turn on
Cannot make a call with the
HBS-780
Cannot connect the
HBS-780 to mobile phone
The sound is low
Select call history in Tone & Talk.
Call button (Bringing up call history)
Slide and hold the Previous/Next jog switch to select a
Call History number.
Call button (Making a call)
Previous/Next jog switch
(This feature may not be supported on some devices.)
Select Headset Setting > Voice Prompt Language in
Tone & Talk.

Solution
Check the battery level and charge it.
If the mobile phone does not support headset and hands-free functions,
you cannot use the calling features.
Check the battery level and charge it.
Check whether the HBS-780 is turned on.
Check whether the HBS-780 is in Search mode.
- Simultaneously press and hold the Call button and slide the
Power switch to the ON position to put the HBS-780 in Search mode.
Control the sound level of the device connected to the HBS-780.
