Possible cause and solution
If
Check water intake
controls will check the water intake every 30 seconds. If no
water has entered the dishwasher after three attempts, one
of these fault numbers appears in the display and the
program will be canceled.
Open the water supply valve all the way.
Turn the dishwasher back on.
Select the desired program.
Press the Start/Stop button.
Water inlet fault.
One of these numbers will appear in the display if the flow
pressure is too low and the program will be cancelled.
The flow pressure at the water intake point is too low
(see "Technical data"). Contact Miele Service for advice.
Water inlet fault.
One of these numbers will appear in the display if the flow
pressure is too high and the program will be cancelled.
The flow pressure at the water intake point is too high
(see "Technical data"). Contact Miele Service for advice.
Fault during program start. There may still be water in the
wash cabinet.
Clean the filter combination (see "Cleaning and care").
Clean the non-return valve (see "Frequently asked
questions").
The Waterproof system was activated.
Close the water supply valve.
Contact Miele Service.
The peak-load cut-out has lasted longer than 3 hours.
Have your electrical system and your energy
management system tested by a suitably qualified
person.
The water outlet is restricted. There might be water in the
wash cabinet.

Clean the drain pump (see "Frequently asked
questions").
Clean the non-return valve (see "Frequently asked

Remove any kink or loop in the drain hose.
