Care
Check the V-belts
Check joint bearing in articulated
unit
Check/adjust the cutting height
setting
Check/adjust the choke wire
Check/adjust the throttle cable
Check that the spark plug is clean
and properly gapped.
Check the condition of all pulleys
on the machine.
Check joint bearing wear in articu-
lated unit
Lubricate according to the lubrica-
tion chart
Lubricate the articulated bearing
Lubricate the driver seat
Lubricate all cables
Lubricate links in the cutting deck
Lubricate the hydrostatic cable with
linkage
Lubricate the parking brake cable
Lubricate the throttle
Lubricate the choke control
Change oil in the transmission
Change hydraulic oil (SAE
10W/50)
Change the engine's oil filter
Replace the suction filter in the
hydraulic tank
Change hydraulic filter
Change engine oil (SAE 10W/40)
Change the fuel filter
Change spark plug
Change air filter
Replace the cutters in the cutting
deck
Replace the pump belt
Replace the cutting deck drive belt
Replace the cutting deck blade

The ride-on mower should be lubricated twice a week when used on a daily basis.
WARNING! Service procedures must not be conducted on the engine or cutting deck unless:
• The engine has been stopped.
• The parking brake is engaged.
• The ignition key has been removed.
