1. Program Function
The program function of DC1000 has 2 programs, and each program has Max. 8 segments.
Each segment can be defined as a period of "RAMP" or "SOAK" status.
2. Terminologies
Program
: A pattern which consists of some segments
Segment
: A RAMP status or a SOAK status
RAMP status
: Status with changing SP
SOAK status
: Status with fixed SP
3. Operation
3-1 Key functions
(START) : Start a program, 'PRO' LED to be flickered during the running operation
(WAIT) : Suspend the running program. 'PRO' LED will be turned on
+SET (JUMP) : Skip a current segment
+SET (RESET) : Stop the program running. 'PRO' LED will be turned off
3-2 Program Alarm Functions
Case 1) Segment Completion Alarm
ALD1 (Alarm Code for Alarm 1)
AL1 (Alarm Condition)
ALT1 (Alarm Time)
Alarm Operation: Once Segment 2 is completed, Alarm 1 will become actuated
Case 2) Program Running Alarm
ALD1
Alarm Operation: During the program running, Alarm 1 will become actuated
* DC1000 does not have END, so the program will complete all the segments if segments are defined. If
the program should be finished earlier, set the 'OUT' of next segment to 0, then the program running will
be ended right after the previous segment is completed.
3-3 Link Function
PTN=1, Run Program 1 (Max. 8 segments)
PTN=2, Run Program 2 (Max. 8 segments)
PTN=0, Run Program 1 and Program 2 successively (Max. 16 segments)
* To have link function (PTN=0), PTN1 & PTN2 should be set first
= 07
= 2 ('2' means Segment No.)
= 00.10
= 17
