  • Page 4 Remove 2 screws from bottom cover.
  • Page 5 Second Screw...
  • Page 6 Lift front edge of battery cover.
  • Page 7 Lift off cover and set aside.
  • Page 8 Battery exposed.
  • Page 9 You may need to tip the unit up to help get the battery out. The foam makes a tight fit.
  • Page 10 Pull the battery out to this point.
  • Page 11 Here you can see the battery cable.
  • Page 12 Slowly and gently use a finger to work the battery cable out. Pull gently on the battery with the other hand.
  • Page 13 If you feel the cable is stuck… • The cable may be wrapped around another cable… Don’t force it; you don’t want to break a wire. • The connector may be caught on the edge of the battery cage. Gently moving the cable around can get the connector past the edge of the battery cage.
  • Page 14 When you see or feel the connector emerge, stop pulling. (Indicated by screwdriver.)
  • Page 15 Disconnect the battery. Use two hands to gently pull the connect apart.
  • Page 16 The connector only fits one way. Do not force the connection.
  • Page 17 Connect/reconnect the battery.
  • Page 18 The connector and wire needs to be fed back through the battery cage.
  • Page 19 Use a finger to tuck the cable inside the slot.
  • Page 20 Keep tucking the cable into the slot until you get to this point.
  • Page 21 Gently push the battery into the battery compartment.
  • Page 22 If the cable is fully tucked, you should be able to push the battery fully into place...
  • Page 23 Note the tabs on the battery cover line up with slots on the housing.
  • Page 24 Insert the tabs into the slots at an angle…...
  • Page 25 … then lower the battery cover into position.
  • Page 26 Replace the 2 screws. Do not over tighten.
  • Page 27 Second screw.
  • Page 28: You're Done
