4.3 Absolute encoder (SSI), multiturn
SIMOTION/TCPU settings
After you have created a new encoder in the project navigator of SIMOTION SCOUT under
"EXTERNAL ENCODERS" and have assigned the technology object parameters in the
displayed dialog boxes, e.g. "Axis Type" and "Units", the encoder data must be entered in
the "Encoder Assignment" and "Encoder - Data" dialog boxes.
