Naturally, you can play back any XG song data using an XGlite tone generator. Power Requirements Although the instrument will run either from an optional AC adaptor or batteries, Yamaha recommends use of an AC adaptor whenever possible.     Appendix Troubleshooting I For the DGX-205/203, PSR-295/293 Problem When the instrument is turned on or off, a popping sound is temporarily produced. When using a mobile phone, noise is produced. There is no sound even when the keyboard is played or when a song or style is being played back.
