Parameter Lock
You can "lock" specific parameters (e.g., effect, split point, etc.) to make
them selectable only via the panel control—in other words, instead of via
Registration Memory, One Touch Setting, Music Finder, Song or incoming
MIDI data, etc.
Call up the Parameter Lock display ([FUNCTION]
CONFIG 1
[B] 3 PARAMETER LOCK). Select the desired parameter by
using the [1 π† ]–[7 π† ]buttons, then lock it with the [8 π ] (OK) button.
Deleting an Unneeded Panel Setup/Naming a
Panel Setup
The panel setups can be deleted or named individually as desired.

Press the REGISTRATION MEMORY [REGIST. BANK] button to call up
the REGISTRATION BANK Selection Display.

Press one of the [A]–[J] buttons to select a bank to be edited.

Press the [8 †
† ] (EDIT) button to call up the REGISTRATION EDIT Dis-
play.

Edit the panel setups.
• Deleting a panel setup
Press the [5 † ] button to delete a panel setup (page 69).
• Renaming a panel setup
Press the [1 † ] button to rename a panel setup (page 70).

Press the [8 π
