Troubleshooting

Problem
The power does not turn on.
Steam is not emitted even
when 1 minute 30 seconds
have elapsed after the "电源"
(power) switch was pressed.
• Steam is not visible to the
naked eye.
The plug is abnormally hot.
The water supply tank cannot
be removed.
Water is leaking from the
water outlet.
Water leaks when the water
supply cap side of the water
supply tank faces downward.

Possible cause
Plug is not fully inserted.
The "电源" (power) switch is not inserted
completely.
There is no water in the water supply tank.
The main unit is not placed on flat surface.
The main unit is inclined.
It is loosely inserted in the household
outlet.
The water supply tank is pushed down.
Water was added without operating the
steam.
The water supply tank was repeatedly
attached and removed.
The main unit was inclined.
The water supply cap seal is not in the
correct position.
Action
Insert the plug fully and securely.
Fully insert the "电源" (power)
switch.
Fill the water supply tank with
water up to "满水位"(FULL).

Place the main unit on a desk or
other hard, flat surface.
(See page 27.)
Use a household outlet that is not
loose.
Grasp the top of the water supply
tank and pull it upward to remove.
Discard the water in the main unit
before adding water.
(See page 30.)
Discard the water in the main unit
and insert a full water supply tank
until you hear "clicking" sound once.
(See page 27.)
Straighten the main unit.
Return the water supply cap seal
to the correct position.
