Introduction
The Cutterbar kit (MD #338109) is used to replace the cutterbar on a MacDon R216 Rotary Disc Header. This document
explains how to install the kit. A list of parts included in the kit is provided in Chapter
Installation time
Installation of this kit will take approximately 6 hours.
Conventions
The following conventions are used in this document:
• Right and left are determined from the operator's position. The front of the rotary disc header is the side that faces
the crop.
• Unless otherwise noted, use the standard torque values provided in the rotary disc header operator's manual and
technical manual.
