Cleaning the wok pan for the
first time
 Clean the wok pan using a solution of
warm water and a little washing-up li-
quid applied with a soft sponge.
 Then dry the wok pan.
Cleaning the wok pan
 After each use, clean the wok pan
with a solution of warm water and a
little washing-up liquid applied with a
soft sponge or a soft brush.
 Soften any stubborn soiling before-
hand.
 Dry the wok pan after cleaning with
water.

Unsuitable cleaning agents
To avoid damaging the surfaces of the
appliance, do not use:
– cleaning agents containing soda, al-
kalines, ammonia, acids or chlorides
– cleaning agents containing descaling
agents
– stain and rust removers
– abrasive cleaning agents, e.g.
powder cleaners and cream cleaners
– solvent-based cleaning agents
– dishwasher cleaner
– oven sprays
– glass cleaning agents
– hard, abrasive brushes or sponges
(e.g. pot scourers), or sponges which
have been previously used and still
contain abrasive cleaning agents
– melamine eraser blocks
