Follow these steps to clear the jam.

Corrective Action
1 Pull Tray 1 completely out of the
printer.
To remove the tray from
the printer, pull it out,
then gently remove it from
the printer while lifting it
up.
2 If there is wrinkled paper in the
tray, remove it.
3 Open the multi bypass feeder
and extend it:
1 Hold both sides where
indicated and tilt it up slightly.
2 Gently lift up and pull out
towards you until it stops.
Open the top cover all the way to

the back until it stops.
Be sure to remove any
paper that may be in the
output bin.
