Fuel Filter
• Replace the fuel filter
Lubricate throttle and choke levers and control cables and check for

free movement.

Rotors:

Check for wear in teeter bearings. The bearings should show no more

than 0.25mm (0.010") diameter change/radial play around teeter bolt.
Check the teeter bolt for wear and replace if necessary. The bolt
45 should show no more than 0.25mm (0.010") diameter change/radial
play around teeter bolt.
Check rotor head for smooth running. Investigate and repair/refurbish
if there are any signs of roughness. (Note: Repair and refurbishment

of the rotor head should only be undertaken by technicians approved
by Magni Gyro Srl).
Ensure that whilst the nuts are tight and secured with pins, both the
47 roll and pitch axis pivot bolts are allowed full and free movement.
Clean and re-lubricate with grease.
48 Ensure rotor head pivot block is secure and wire locked.
