Paper and Print Media Paper tips Only use the supported paper types, sizes, and weights. Use clean, undamaged paper. Do not use perforated paper. Store the paper on a flat surface, in a relatively low-humidity environment. Avoid storing paper in such a way as to cause wrinkling, bending, curling, etc.

To load paper in the tray, place the paper against the left edge of the tray, then slide the width guide against the paper.
