Set to On to enable an alarm sound when an
error occurs or a fax communication ends.
Off

Set to On to enable a sound when any key is
pressed.

The speaker can be set to Comm, Low,

The display uses the language selected.

Use to set whether measurements are

Use to set the USB speed. Fast is the default

Enter the current date and time using the
Numeric Keypad. Use Clock Mode to set
whether the machine uses a 12 or 24 hour

The machine can be configured to display time
using either a 12-hour or 24-hour format.

If On, the machine produces a lower quality
output to reduce toner consumption. Useful if
