Our Tek-care console NC415AV is giving a tone, and we can't get it to reset. There are "Duty Tone Hall 120" and "Master 01M6 P1" faults listed. any suggestions?

System Introduction System Introduction Welcome to the installation manual for the Tek-CARE300III Nurse Call System. This manual will walk you through the installation and configuration process and will cover system operation. System Installation System Installation Read the following information prior to installing the Tek-CARE300III system equipment. The installer must be familiar with the system and its installation requirements and guidelines. 1. Determine equipment locations. 2. Install housings. 3. Install system wiring.

NC356CE Module: The NC356CE is the core piece of equipment for the Tek-CARE300III Nurse Call System. All master stations and patient stations connect to it. The NC356CE has two ports (0 and 1) and will support six master stations (three per port), 64 patient stations (addresses 0-31 per port).
