    AIR FILTERS INSTALLATION Your Whynter portable dehumidifer is equipped with a washable Pre-Filter and a Silver Ion Filter. The washable Pre-Filter removes large particles such as dust, pet hair and dander. The Silver Ion air filter which is designed to kills bacteria in the air and controls the growth of microbes, such as virus, fungi and spores.

    OPERATING YOUR DEHUMIDIFER Positioning the unit  This dehumidifier is intended for indoor residential applications only and should not be used for commercial or industrial applications.  Place the dehumidifier on a smooth, hard and level floor strong enough to support the unit with a full bucket of water.

    Removing the collected water There are two ways to remove the collected water. 1. Manual drain  When the unit is off and the bucket is full, the unit will beep 8 times and the Bucket Level indicator light will flash, the digital display will also indicate P2.
