ECTION
The CHS2U-US is a compact 19" chassis that has six universal slots, one expansion
slot and one MPS7101 (power supply unit). When the CD-CP00-US is installed in the
first CHS2U-US, it is referred to as the Controlling Chassis. Additional chassis,
referred to as Expansion Chassis, can be installed to increase the capacity of the
system to meet the customer's business needs.
As
Maximum System Capacities – Trunks/Ports/Channels
expanded from 104 ports to 512 ports by vertically stacking a maximum of three
additional chassis onto the controlling chassis. This provides a maximum of 24 slots
and 320 digital terminals. To obtain a the maximum port capacity of 512 ports, two
systems can be linked together via an IP connection.
