    How your hot water dispenser works Water is electrically heated to a brewing/cooking hot 190°F by a tank that mounts under the sink. A thermostat maintains it at this approximate temperature.     On/Off Cap Installation Instructions Numbers correspond to steps. NOTE: Do NOT plug power supply cord into outlet. Put on gloves and safety glasses. Determine where you will install your hot water dispenser. Check below sink to assure that reinforcing ribs, support brackets or cabinet construction will not interfere with spout.
